EP43. Why You Need to Stop Centering Men in Your Life

In episode 43, I’m talking about something I’ve never spoken about before: decentering men.
This might feel counterintuitive at first, especially if you’re someone who desires love, partnership, or a soulmate connection. But what I’ve noticed—both in my own life and through the women I work with—is that when men become the centre of your attention, energy, and decision-making, your magnetism actually weakens.
We’ve been conditioned in subtle ways to orient ourselves around being chosen, desired, and approved of. And over time, this can pull us out of ourselves—into overthinking, performing, attaching meaning too quickly, and outsourcing our sense of worth.
In this episode, I explore:
What decentering men actually means (and what it doesn’t mean)
How centering men disrupts your manifestation
The uncomfortable questions I'm asking myself right now
The things I'm refusing to do anymore
How one book has woken me up to uncomfortable truths.
